Talent program 2023
Sigma Connectivity is a tech-house with global strength and a local drive – with all resources needed to bring a product to market under one roof.
In 2023 they will be starting a talent program in Linköping, the program will focus on helping newly graduated students into the workplace and give then the opportunity to innovate and create. The talents within this program will get the opportunity to apply their know-how with the help from mentors and senior colleagues.
The local team in Linköping
Around 35 people work at the Linköping office. A workplace where you will be a part of shaping and strengthening the team culture. The daily work is usually done in a team of 4-5 people. The different assignments within the program can be executed both in-house or on site at the customer’s.
The Linköping office is known within the organization for its cohesion and welcoming atmosphere. There are many senior employees in the team. As a relatively recent graduate, this is an excellent environment to grow and learn from people with deep knowledge and experience.
The Talent Program
Developing and having fun are key words for the talent program that Sigma Connectivity is running together with Framtiden.
The program will include:
- Courses that help you grow both as an individual and within your technical knowledge.
- Joint activities with a focus on community and having fun!
- We want you to enjoy yourself, get to know your new colleagues while you get a one-year plan with training days to set you up for a great career at Sigma Connectivity.
